Familie!
Well I don´t have very much time. This week is transfers and . . . . I am getting transfered! I only spent one cycle here in Frankfurt, but it was good. Tomorrow I leave for Mainz! I did a split there this cycle and it was good, and now I get to serve there.
Wow, South America sounds very wonderful. :) I had to laugh when Elder Fitzgerald said that they got 16 contacts (I don´t know if that was in a day or a week) because our cycle goal (a cycle is 6 weeks) was 18 new contacts. :) So that is awesome that so many people are thirsty for the gospel there. Keep finding them Elder Fitzgerald! I am so glad you are enjoying the MTC and the work there. Your excitement is contagious!
Chris good luck with Mr. Madison. Your talent sounds funny. Good luck!
Jason: How´s it goin? Are you still enjoying high school?
Crozier: I hear you are getting into all the stuff at the Middle school. That is awesome. I hope you are having fun.
Mom: Thanks for the update every week. I love hearing how everyone is doing. Also I love all the uplifting things you send. It´s funny I had that hymn stuck in my head all week, and then I read your email today and you had sent it to me. I need to really focus and realize how precious this time is.
Dad: How are you? How is Winco? How is it having one job?
Candace and Evan: Thanks for your letter Candace! I got it and really appreciated it. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences with me! It is so fun to hear about your family.
Tara: How are you? Have you decided what your´re doing yet as far as school goes? How is accompanying? Is it like BYUI?
Sean and Kim: How are you both doing? How is Wymount? How is everything?
As for me, yes, I told you I am going to Mainz. That will be great. This week has been good. We taught more lessons this week than ever before in my mission and that was really cool. We were really busy, and it felt good. I am sad to leave people behind, but it will be good. So today I was reading about Captain Moroni in Alma 44 and it was awesome! It got me all fired up. I loved it! When I think of Moroni I think of this big willow tree so thick and rooted in the ground. No wind being able to knock it down. Oh, I want to become a willow tree in the gospel! He is just so firm, and stead fast in the faith. Steadfast and immovable I say. Like a willow tree. Captain Moroni is my new hero. I love the scriptures and everything they teach us. Just like Elder Fitzgerald said, when we sink ourselves in the scriptures we will have the spirit to direct us in our lives to do whatever it is the Lord wants us to do personally. "You have a work that no other can do." the Spirit can tell us what our work is that the Lord has for us. And when we do it we feel happy! That is how we know we have done something right. We feel right about it, and that is a good feeling.
I know this church is true! And the truth is steadfast and immovable.
Love,
Sister Fitzgerald

Melinda, Yay! I found you! (Through Kristi's blog.) Now I can keep up with how you're doing. My husband served in the north part of Germany, so it's even of interest to him too.
Love you!
Annicka
